Standon Calling Festival is an independent music festival which takes place in the grounds of a 16th Century Hertfordshire manor house and promises a unique chance to see some iconic artists and breakthrough acts in an intimate setting (just 5,000 people). It also features themed fancy dress, an on-site nightclub and all-night bars. Acts including Florence and the Machine, Mumford and Sons, Paloma Faith, The Noisettes and Glasvegas all played Standon before they were famous.
