Stealing Sheep are a pop band from Liverpool, United Kingdom, formed in 2010 and active since then. The group consists of Rebecca Hawley, who sings and plays keys; Emily Lansley, who sings and plays guitar and bass guitar; and Luciana Mercer, who sings and plays drum kit.

Releases

The band releases The Mountain Dogs and I Am the Rain in 2011, and these are later collected on Noah and the Paper Moon in 2012. Their debut studio album, Into the Diamond Sun, appears in 2012 on Heavenly Recordings. Their second album, Not Real, follows in 2015, and their third album, Big Wows, appears in 2019.

Style and influences

Their music sits within pop and indie-pop territory, and they are associated with dream pop. Their influences include the Knife, Kraftwerk, Talking Heads, Moondog, Sia, Daft Punk and Can.
