UKFG — UK Festival Guides

About Us

The UK's independent voice for festival discovery — written by fans, for fans.

Our Mission

UK Festival Guides exists to make the UK festival scene more accessible, better documented, and easier to navigate. Whether you're planning your first weekend at a field or your twentieth season of headline chasing, we're here to give you the information you actually need — dates, lineups, tickets, travel, and honest editorial.

We operate independently of the festivals we cover. We don't take listing fees, we don't inflate ratings, and we never let commercial relationships influence our editorial. What you read on UKFG is written by people who genuinely love live music.

Our Story

UKFG launched in 2005 as a simple listing site built by a group of friends tired of missing festival announcements. Over two decades, it has grown into one of the most comprehensive festival databases in the country — covering everything from Glastonbury to the 200-capacity boutique weekenders hiding in the Welsh hills.

The site has been rebuilt, redesigned, and expanded many times, but the core purpose has never changed: help people find great festivals, plan great trips, and remember them well afterwards.
