Aliceband

Aliceband is a folk and acoustic-oriented alternative act based in Thaxted, a town associated with Gustav Holst, Dick Turpin and Morris dancers. The group describes its music as wordy, happy-sad rock with a folk-pop feel. It is made up of two parts Alice, who also records under the name Alice Walker, together with Ned, John and Tom.
