High Voltage '11 - now entering its second year, High Voltage is is a music festival focusing on classic rock, progressive rock, and heavy metal held between 23rd and 24th July 2011 in Victoria Park, London. There are a whole host of artists playing including Thin Lizzy, Jethro Tull, Michael Monroe, Slash, Judas Priest, Black Spiders and many more.
