Now in its 30th year, the Great British Rhythm and Blues Festival in Colne, Lancashire, takes place over the bank holiday in August. Live music is performed at many of the town's iconic and interesting venues.

Unlike many city-based, there is also a festival campsite and attendees have a number of bars, restaurants and shops to enjoy while enjoying the event.
