Dot To Dot Festival 2027 lands on Frogmore Street, Bristol, BS1 5NA, for a city-centre music bill spanning indie, rock, alternative and psychedelia. The Bristol edition is scheduled for 29 May 2027, with Nottingham following on 30 May.

It launched in Nottingham in 2005 across Rescue Rooms, The Social, now The Bodega, and Stealth. Manchester joined in 2010. In 2013 the festival adopted its Manchester Friday, Bristol Saturday and Nottingham Sunday run, with 14 hours of live music and at least 9 stages across the three cities.

Lineup and Programme

The bill leans towards emerging and breakthrough acts across indie, rock, alternative and psychedelia. In Bristol, the route runs through O2 Academy Bristol, Electric Bristol, Thekla, Dockside, Rough Trade, The Fleece, The Louisiana, Strange Brew, The Island, The Lanes, Exchange, Mr Wolfs, Zed Alley and Shakespeare Tavern.

The rooms are capacity-limited. Stage times, clashfinder and maps sit in the Woov app, while some venues run late sets alongside DJs and after-parties.

Dot To Dot’s audience is built around city-centre venue-hopping and emerging alternative music. It suits fans tracking smaller rooms as much as the main-room bill.

Entry is 14+ overall. Some Bristol rooms and venues are restricted to 18+ on the day.

Frogmore Street and the BS1 5NA postcode anchor the Bristol leg, with shows spread across the city centre. Thekla at East Mud Dock handles wristband exchange.

The site is walkable. One wristband grants access to the festival venues, with security checks and bag searches at wristband exchange and venue doors. The listed festival facilities centre on city venues rather than camping.
