About Terminal V Festival
Terminal V Festival 2027 takes place in Glasgow, Scotland, as an 18+ electronic music festival focused on hard dance, hard house, hard trance and techno.
5-6 June 2027 marks the festival’s 10-year anniversary edition and its first fully outdoor Terminal V festival. The event launched in 2017 in Edinburgh, with 2026 listed as the final festival at Edinburgh’s Royal Highland Centre.
Daily capacity is around 20,000 attendees. Terminal V has recorded more than 250,000 total attendees to date, contributed more than £5 million to the local economy, and sells 30% of tickets to attendees from outside Scotland.
DJ Mag has ranked Terminal V as the #1 Scottish electronic festival.
Lineup and Programme
Six named stages are listed for Terminal V Festival: Area V, The Hangar, The Greenhouse, The Terminal, The Lab and The Block.
The programme centres on live electronic music across hard dance, hard house, hard trance and techno. On-site bars, food vendors and funfair rides are part of the festival site.
Who Is It For?
18+ is the strict age limit for Terminal V Festival.
The core audience is predominantly young adult electronic and techno fans, especially in the 20-35 age range. The festival is not a family event, as under-18s are not permitted.
The Venue and Site
Central Glasgow is the planned setting for the 2027 edition, at a new outdoor industrial site previously unused for events. The exact location is TBA.
The site is planned with multiple open-air stages and high-end sound and lighting production reflecting Glasgow’s industrial heritage. Facilities listed include bars, food vendors, cloakroom, toilets and funfair rides.
No on-site camping is available.
