About Novacaine Festival

Novacaine’s first edition in 2025 nearly sold out. For 2026, Novacaine Festival returns as a music festival at Corporation, Sheffield, drawing from alternative, rock, metal, punk, nu metal and emo. The 2026 edition runs on 28 November 2026.

The bill is built for new-music discovery, with emerging alternative artists taking priority over marquee names. The festival takes place in Corporation’s 25th anniversary year.

Lineup and Programme

The bill stays heavy. Announced acts include As Everything Unfolds, Hacktivist, Glass Bridges, The Mechanist, The Heir Apparition and WNSDY AT 7. Genres span alternative, rock, metal, punk, nu metal and emo.

Live performances from emerging alternative acts make up the programme.

Who Is It For?

This is for discovery-focused alternative fans. The audience is centred on listeners following rock, metal, punk and emo’s undercard as much as headline names.

Entry is 14+, with under-18s accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over; valid photo ID is required. Early Bird / general admission tickets are £25.

The Venue and Site

Corporation sits at 2 Milton Street, Sheffield S1 4JU. Its rooms run at 180, 300 and 700 capacity.

The site has a bar serving alcoholic and soft drinks, accessible toilets, access to all rooms and a cloakroom.
