Normafest 2018 is the fourth year of Eliza Carthy MBE's festival that was established to give her mum, Norma Waterson a chance to perform, as she is unable to travel anymore after battling illness for so long. The event takes place in Whitby and is the perfect celebration of the English folk scene with some of the biggest and most renowned performers in the genre.
For the 2018 event, the wonderful Dervish from Ireland will be headlining, with support coming from various artists including Topette, Banter, Lisa Knapp & Gerry Diver.
There will be song, music, dance, food and lots more!
