Marsden Jazz Festival was founded in 1992 and is one of the UK's longest established Jazz Festivals. The festival has a varied programme bringing together a variety of music from traditional old school jazz to contemporary jazz, performed to an audience of all ages.

To ensure that as many people experience what is on offer as possible about three quarters of the gigs have no admission charge. In order to provide free music the festival is supported by sponsorship and grant funding.

This years festival takes place in various venues across Marsden in Huddersfield between 9th and 11th October 2015.
