About Party In Y Parc
Party In Y Parc only dates back to 2025. The 2027 edition lands in Huddersfield on Saturday 14 August 2027, with Town Hall as the venue and a music bill built around dance, pop and club classics. Its second-year event drew around 2,500 people on Bank Holiday Monday in 2026.
It is community-run by Holyhead Town Council, with profits kept local and support directed toward local projects and suppliers.
Lineup and Programme
The bill leans into 90s/2000s pop, dance and club classics. Announced acts include B*Witched, DJ Cammy, Ultrabeat, Toploader and Flip & Fill. Music is centred on the Y Parc Amphitheatre.
Alongside live performances and DJ sets, the programme includes community entertainment plus food and drink vendors on site.
Who Is It For?
The format is family-friendly and suitable for all ages. Under-16s must be with a responsible adult aged 18 or over, and alcohol service is restricted to over-18s with Challenge 25 checks.
That all-ages setup is backed by a lost children and vulnerable adults safe area, accessible viewing areas, accessible toilets and assistance for access needs.
The Venue and Site
The Huddersfield base is Town Hall, with Ramsden Street and Corporation Street as the immediate road approaches. The named performance space is the Y Parc Amphitheatre.
On site there are food and drink vendors, security and stewards, first aid and medical teams, accessible parking and accessible entry points.
