Homobloc 2026 takes over Depot Mayfield, Manchester on 26 September for an 18+ queer music event rooted in house, techno, pop, ballroom and disco.

The event launched at the Depot in 2019, drawing 10,000 people to a first edition headlined by The Blessed Madonna. No event took place in 2020 because of the pandemic, and Homobloc returned to Manchester on 6 November 2021.

The 2026 edition runs 17:00–04:00 and marks its seventh edition. It also celebrates 35 years of FLESH.

Lineup and Programme

Announced acts include Kim Petras and Honey Dijon. The bill sits across house, techno, pop, ballroom and disco.

The programme runs across five stages: Depot, Concourse, Archive, Star & Garter and Vault. Vault is new for 2026, with a 1,000-capacity room curated by Ponyboy.

More than 150 performers are listed for the edition. Club/DJ sets sit alongside drag, dance, theatre and immersive performance.

Who Is It For?

The audience is adult LGBTQ+ and queer club culture, with the programme also built around drag and immersive performance. The floor is 18+ only.

Valid photo ID is required for entry. The age restriction means it is not a family event.

The Venue and Site

Depot Mayfield is a flexible multi-use venue near Manchester Piccadilly with a 10,000 capacity. Homobloc uses the Depot site for a five-stage, all-day-and-all-night block party format.

Facilities listed for the site include lockers, food vendors, chill-out areas, welfare area, on-site sexual health testing, accessible toilets, viewing platforms, bars, lounge and security/stage marshals.

Lockers are limited and pre-order. The site also has welfare and chill-out areas.

Travel Information

Depot Mayfield sits by Manchester Piccadilly in Manchester city centre. Official Homobloc travel information lists both the train station and Metrolink as within five minutes’ walk.

• Other rail access: Manchester Victoria is about 25 minutes on foot or seven minutes by car.
• Road access: Routes listed for Depot Mayfield include the A57(M), M60, M56, M62, M61 and M6.
• Parking: There is no parking at the venue. The nearest taxi drop-off is Piccadilly station.
• Rail times: London is listed at 2hrs20 by rail, Brighton at 3hrs30, Edinburgh at 3hrs and Bristol at 3hrs.
