Brightside Weekender is another of Butlins' hugely popular Big Weekends. Mixing the classic British caravan holiday resort with the classic British summer time music festival for a truly unique experience.
Brightside Weekender's theme is a celebration of the classic anthems that make the indie music scene in Britain so endearing. The event features some of the greatest tunes performed by the people who wrote them. Such as Reverend and the Makers, Reef, Dodgy and classic baggy era legends The Farm. There are also pool parties, silent discos and two amazing DJ sets by living legends Mike Joyce, of the Smiths and Bez of Happy Mondays fame.
