Swingamajig
Back for its fifth year and taking over one of Birmingham’s most popular venues, Swingamjig is a celebration of all things electro swing. The event has been confirmed for 30th April 2017 and it will be taking place in The Rainbow Venues, whereas in previous years it took place in Custard Factory.
Swingamajig is a huge one-day celebration of electro swing, vintage sounds and gypsy folk music. It incorporates 1920s tunes and styles, turning them into beats and sounds which can be enjoyed by a 21st century audience. The line-up has yet to be announced but it will incorporate live bands, DJs, circus tricks, magic and much more to create an inventive and original platform for music which is unlikely any other festival.
