Bath International Music Festival has a proud history, delivering exceptional music from around the world since 1948. It has a focus on the diversity of the programme and audiences are given the opportunity to experience new and innovative things in music throughout the festival.
More than focusing on a single genre the Bath International Music Festival brings together a wide range of different types including classical, world, folk, electronic and jazz. It takes place across venues across the city and the big main event, the Party in the City, sees local performers on stage as well as internationally renowned artists.
