Cream Classical will headline On the Waterfront 2027 on Saturday 19 June at Liverpool's Pier Head. The orchestral dance show, curated by K-Klass and performed by Kaleidoscope Orchestra with the Sense of Sound Singers, is the second headliner confirmed for the four-day concert series. Tickets from £45 go on general sale at 10am on Friday 30 October.

Cream Classical returns to On the Waterfront 2027

Liverpool's biggest club brand is heading back down to the river. Cream Classical takes the dancefloor anthems that made the city's legendary Cream nightclub famous and rebuilds them for a full live orchestra, with powerhouse vocals on top.

The show comes off the back of its 10th anniversary celebrations in 2026, and it's still pulling in a crowd that spans generations. You get original Cream regulars standing next to people who weren't born when those records first dropped, all singing along to the same strings-and-choir drops.

K-Klass curate the set, Kaleidoscope Orchestra supply the firepower and the Sense of Sound Singers handle the vocals. With the Mersey and the Three Graces behind the stage, it's a strong contender for one of the best-looking nights out of the summer.

Cream Classical follows the news that Jamie Webster will headline Friday 18 June, with The Cheap Thrills also on that bill. More acts are still to be announced for both Friday and Saturday, and the line-ups for Thursday 17 June and Sunday 20 June are yet to be revealed.
