Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park is once again announcing the line up of the summer, with some of the finest rock royalty in the world set to play the Great Oak Stage.

Our third headliner for 2017 is Kings Of Leon! The Grammy Award-winning band will headline on July 6th, showcasing tracks from their recent # 1 album ‘WALLS’ alongside their huge cannon of hits from right across their 7 albums.

Kings Of Leon’s Nathan said: “It’s always a pleasure to party with our amazing fans at Hyde Park.”

Since their debut in 2003, Kings Of Leon have sold over 18 million albums and 24 million singles worldwide. WALLS is their sixth consecutive album to have reached #1 in the UK and they have won four Grammy Awards, three NME Awards and two Brit Awards.

If you missed their recent London club show which saw rave reviews from critics and fans alike, Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park is now your only chance to see them live in the capital in 2017, don’t miss out!

Joining Kings Of Leon are fellow US rock legends Pixies. One of the most influential bands of all time they released their latest album Head Carrier earlier this year and to celebrate, they’re playing their biggest London show to date.

Formed in 1986, Pixies have inspired a wealth of bands since including Nirvana, Radiohead and two past BST headliners The Strokes and Blur. Renowned for their incredible live shows, fronted by the mesmeric Black Francis, guitarist Joey Santiago, David Lowering and newest member Paz Lenchantin, this your chance to hear Debaser, Gigantic, Here Comes Your Man and Where Is My Mind? in all their glory.

Also playing on 6th July, is the inimitable Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats who will return to the UK after a run of successful dates this month. Since releasing their debut album last year on the legendary Stax Records, Nathaniel & The Night Sweats have toured extensively, picking up new fans across the world with their modern take on soul and R&B.

Kings Of Leon follow Green Day and Phil Collins as the third headliners of Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park 2017.

Now approaching its fifth year, Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park has been host to some of the biggest and best live acts since its debut in 2013. From The Rolling Stones to Carole King, The Libertines to The Who, Kylie to Stevie Wonder, Black Sabbath to Taylor Swift, music history has been written almost night by night.

Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park is an award-winning festival:

Headline Performance of the Year (The Libertines) at the UK Festival Awards 2014

‘Festival of the Year’ at the UK Event Awards 2013

‘Best Use of New Technology’ at the Festival Awards 2013
