One Love / One Sun Festival will return to Bentley Estate in East Sussex on 20, 21 and 22 August 2027, following its comeback in August 2026.

The independent festival runs two distinct programmes across one site. One Love is built around reggae, roots, dub and sound-system culture, while One Sun takes over the Bentley Estate woodland with ambient, acid house, jungle, drum & bass and electronic music.

What Happened in 2026

The 2026 return brought together several generations of artists, DJs and sound systems. The bill included Luciano, Bushman, Admiral Tibet, Little Roy, University of Dub and Jah Tubbys, alongside Saxon Sound System marking 50 years. On the electronic side, A Guy Called Gerald, Ray Keith, The Grid, Jagz Kooner, Mixmaster Morris and Chris Coco all played.

The Plan for 2027

Organiser Dan Wiltshire has said the intention is not simply to make the festival bigger. With close to a full year to prepare, the focus is on developing the experience across the estate, sharpening the contrast between the reggae stages and the woodland electronic programme, and reaching more people without losing the independent character of the event.

Wiltshire has emphasised protecting One Love's reggae and sound-system heritage rather than smoothing it into a more generic festival, pointing to the shared history of reggae and British electronic music in sound systems, independent promoters and underground spaces. New experiences, partnerships and site improvements are also being worked on following feedback from the 2026 event.

Tickets and Prices

A limited release of Weekend Loyalty Tickets is available at £100, with camping included but entirely optional.

The festival has also introduced non-camping Loyalty Day Tickets for 2027, starting at £35 for Friday and £45 for Saturday. The day-ticket option is aimed at audiences across Sussex, London and the wider South East who can travel to Bentley and head home the same night. Improved local transport links are being explored.

Campervan and live-in vehicle passes have been reduced to £60 for the weekend, and under-12s go free.

"Festivals shouldn't have to be all or nothing," Wiltshire said.
