The original Wirral Folk On The Coast Festival was held at the OC Knockaloe Sports & Social Club. It has since then, moved to The Whitby Club & Grounds in Cheshire and is a similarly, beautiful and self-contained site and is thought to be one of the very best festival locations in the whole country. With camping spaces for tent or caravan, static shower facilities and a restaurant on site, the club provides a superb and full facilitated venue for the weekend.
Although the festival has grown in popularity, it is still a very friendly and small event and is all about good music and good times with friends, old and new.
Although no line-up has been announced for 2018, you can be sure it wll be a great event when you look at the roster of performers from previous years such as Fairport Convention and Lindisfarne to name two.
