Originally known as The Upton Music Festival, the Sunshine Festival has been known by its new name since 2013. It is a family festival which runs over August Bank Holiday weekend at Fish Meadow in Upon on Severn. It celebrates the local community, local music and arts and invites families and festival goers of all ages to enjoy.
In its sixth year the Sunshine Festival is running from 28th until 30th August and has attracted over 100 original and diverse acts performing over four different stages. The acts confirmed include UB40, Suzi Quatro, ABC, Chas & Dave, Gabrielle, The Wurzels, Bad Manners, The Real Thing, Showaddywaddy, Bootleg Abba, The Bohemians, Paul Daniels, with many more to be announced.
