Bad Manners

Bad Manners are a London-based UK ska band formed in 1976. They are associated with the 2 Tone ska movement and are fronted by Buster Bloodvessel, the stage name of Douglas Trendle, who was born on 6 September 1958 in Hackney, London.

The group forms at Woodberry Down Comprehensive School in North London, where the original members study. At the time they start, it is reported that none of the eight members can play an instrument. The band remains active and has had a changing line-up over time.

Members listed for the group include Buster Bloodvessel, Louis Cook, Justin Dodsworth, David Farren, Mark Harrison, Paul Hyman, Chris Kane, Andrew Marson, Tramper Price, Alan Sayag, Martin Stewart, Johnny T and Brian Tuitt. Later line-ups also include Simon Cuell on guitar, Lee Thompson on bass, Richie Downs on keyboards, Matt Goodwin on saxophone, Matt Bane on drums, Colin Graham on trumpet and Russel Wynn on percussion.
