This year's Priston Festival festival (our tenth!) is planned for 15-17 September 2017.
Format will be largely unchanged from 2016 with over 30 bands on two free stages, great activities for all the family, special events in the village hall & church; singing/music workshops and yoga session, as well as an art project and special venue for kids.
We're planning a great line-up this year - confirmed bands so far include:
Amadou Diagne & Group Yakar, Ange Hardy, Ant Noel & the Peabody Drakes, Cathy Judge & Johnny Francis, Dance Bazaar, Delphi, Edd Donovan & Emma Parker, Fantasy Orchestra, Frome Street Bandits, Helena Softley, Hello Hopeville, Homesick Gipsy, Isobel Holly, James Slater, Jimmy Aldridge and Sid Goldsmith, Jimmy Brewer, The June Apples, Kim Lowing & The Greenwood, Kusanganisa, Newton Country, Old Somerset Russet Band, Reg Meuross, Richard Hughes, Rivers of England, Road Not Taken, Roaring Trowmen, Saskia Griffiths-Moore, Sharon Lazibyrd, Slack Traffic, Small Fry, The Summerhouse Band, Three Cane Whale, Unsung Roots, World Government.
Steff Mizrany & Lionel Lowe will be running a Sessions Tent over the Saturday and Sunday for those of you who want to make music rather than just listen! There will also be a music workshop led by the Old Somerset Russet Band.
