Manchester Folk Festival is a brand new urban folk festival situated in and around the great new venue, HOME, in Manchester city centre. The festival aims to shine a bright spotlight on the English folk scene in all its guts and glory.

With its roots firmly in traditions, it also looks forward to the future and wants to seek out new talent and find new voices in the genre. So the festival will only present the biggest and best-loved names in the folk scene, it will introduce you to new stars.
