Firefly Festival

Firefly Festival logo
Elton, Shropshire
Happening now!

Firefly is a small festival in the beautiful surroundings of the Shropshire and Herefordshire borders with a lovely intimate music festival vibe. Great music, campfires and a pub with home cooked food.

Held in the small forest clearing behind Elton Hall, near the town of Ludlow, Firefly is a glorious small festival in its own right but proudly maintains its original intimacy of those early, humble campfires, enchanting woods, hidden dingles and a natural  amphitheater.

The lineup is always carefully hand picked to allow new acts to play alongside more established artists, creating an accessible, synchronized festival experience to be enjoyed  in stunning surroundings and in the company of an attuned and happy audience.

Lineup

Sat August 4th

8 acts

Tickets

The Campsite will be open from 2pm Saturday 4th August, and should be cleared by 4pm on Sunday, 5th August.

On entry, you will be given a couple of bags for your rubbish. One for recyclable stuff and one for normal rubbish. Use them! This is a beautiful area and rubbish is not pretty!

There is a small separate area for campervans and caravans for which you have to buy a pass. Please make sure you get yours in good time because there are a limited supply of them.

No cars or live-in vehicles are allowed in the main campsite

No open fires or tinfoil barbeques are allowed on site. However, you may use camping stoves or barbeques on legs. No glass bottles are allowed on any part of the festival site, including the camping areas. You may bring a personal supply of alcohol with you into the campsite (details to follow) which you will have decanted into plastic bottles, please, but you will not be able to bring it into the music areas where there are licensed bars.

There will be plenty of loos and and a couple of water standpipes for washing and drinking.

Don’t leave valuables in your tent or car. You shouldn’t need anything other than money. Definitely bring money because there are no cash machines on site! But keep your possessions with you.

Don’t bring your sound systems or play amplified music on the campsite. This is to ensure that Firefly does not exceed the permitted sound limits set out in the license and also it isn’t very ‘neighbourly”.

No cash machines.
