Dutch Uncles
Dutch Uncles are a band from Marple in the United Kingdom, active since 2008. The group comprises Peter Broadhead, Andy Proudfoot, Duncan Wallis, Henry Broadhead and Robin Richards.
Their music is described as art rock, indie pop, math rock and progressive rock, and they are noted for pop songs that use unusual time signatures. Their influences include The Smiths, King Crimson, Steve Reich, XTC and Talking Heads.
The band’s sixth album is True Entertainment.
