The multi-award-winning Bearded Theory Festival has announced its second wave of acts for 2025, adding a host of diverse and dynamic artists to an already stellar lineup. Among the newly announced artists are legendary British songwriter Paul Heaton, who will perform alongside special guest singer Rianne Downey, critically acclaimed Nadine Shah, indie standout Katy J Pearson, genre-bending artist Ezra Furman, punk powerhouse Mannequin Pussy, and alt-rock veterans Terrorvision. Other additions include indie pop stars The Lottery Winners, BBC 6Music presenter Chris Hawkins (DJ set), and a carefully curated Saturday night lineup at the dance-focused CODA stage led by Phil Hartnoll of Orbital, who returns after last year’s electrifying set.

These new names join previously announced headliners including Iggy Pop, Manic Street Preachers, The Sisters of Mercy, and Yard Act, alongside a wide-ranging lineup featuring Leftfield, The Mary Wallopers, CMAT, Nova Twins, and many more.

A Festival for All Ages:
Bearded Theory is renowned for its family-friendly ethos. The festival offers the UK’s first on-site Festival School, a unique initiative in the award-winning Children’s Area. Running on the Friday of the festival, this official program provides educational classes for children and teenagers (Reception to Year 10), with activities like math, PE, design & technology, and creative workshops. Past highlights include parkour, puppet making, DJ lessons, and even BSL (British Sign Language) classes.
