The Great North Folk Festival is the brand new name for a festival formerly known as Moor’s May Folk Weekend. It takes place in Botton Village in Danby Dale, Esk Valley. The festival takes place from 26th until 29th May 2017 and will bring together a wide range of different artists.

There are no artists confirmed for 2017 but the festival organisers tell us to expect at least 30 individual acts lining up for over 100 performances across the four days.
