The Feel Good Festival

A family-friendly festival with the aim of bringing together local people to share their expertise and showcase what they have to offer for health and well-being through fun activities, classes, stalls, workshops and therapies.

Based near Penrith at the unique and tranquil venue called 'Into the woods'. Held on the Weekend of the 10th, 11th and 12th of June 2022, this Family Health and Wellbeing Festival promises to create a memorable weekend through participation in a range of activities and workshops. Featuring yoga, Pilates, Chi Kung, mindfulness, dance, drumming, therapists on site, forest school and entertainment. “Branch Out” forest school sessions are also available for young children.

After a day in the fields and exploring the grounds of 'Into the woods' you can spend the evenings listening to live music, chilling in the grounds, or relaxing with your favourite tipple!

Wholesome and hearty food stalls will provide food throughout the day while the onsite bar will provide that additional opportunity to truly relax and enjoy the ambience of Feel Good.
