About Roseshire Festival
Chester House Estate sets the frame for Roseshire Festival 2027, a music weekend in Wellingborough, NN8 2DH built around indie, alternative, pop and 90s nostalgia.
The event traces its start to 2026, when Roseshire described the launch as its very first year. It runs over two days. Saturday leans indie and alternative, with Sunday set up around pop and 90s nostalgia as a more relaxed family day.
Lineup and Programme
The site uses Main Stage, Stage 2 and the Dance Tent.
Stage 2 was added for local and emerging Northamptonshire artists, expanding the weekend to two stages in March 2026. Announced acts for the inaugural edition included The Charlatans, named as Saturday headliners in 2026. Away from the stages, the programme covers family entertainment plus street food and bars.
Who Is It For?
Roseshire is aimed at a broad, inclusive crowd rather than a narrow sub-scene.
Under-16s must enter with a paid adult. Sunday carries the clearest family brief, with a more relaxed day and additional entertainment for younger festivalgoers.
The Venue and Site
The Chester House Estate site overlooks the River Nene, with the festival entrance and car park reached via Claudius Way.
Facilities listed for the event include standard toilets, accessible toilets and baby changing facilities. Accessible parking spaces and a designated viewing area are also listed, alongside food and drink vendors and bars.
