The spotlight will be firmly on more than 30 new bands and artists, giving music lovers the change to see talented and blossoming bands perform live to large audiences for the first time at 7 legendary music venues in the city.
Off The Record are taking a very secretive approach and therefore the line-up will only be announced 24 hours before the bands are set to hit the stage.
