About Kaleidoscope Festival

Alexandra Palace Park is the London setting for Kaleidoscope Festival 2027, a one-day music festival with comedy, culture and family entertainment on the bill.

The 2027 edition runs on Saturday 10 July, with gates opening at 13:00 and the event finishing no later than 22:30. Capacity is listed at 14,500 maximum per event.

Kaleidoscope launched to the public on 18 January 2018. Its inaugural event took place on 21 July 2018 across the south slopes and within Alexandra Palace, and the venue’s history timeline identifies it as Alexandra Palace’s first music and arts festival.

Lineup and Programme

Three stages set the live footprint: Hilltop Stage, Cloud 10 stage and Fringe Stage.

The programme covers live music and comedy, with Family Area activities and Victorian Basements experiences also listed. Street food and bars run on site.

Who Is It For?

Families are part of the brief. The official audience is mixed-age, with the festival aimed at music lovers and families through music, comedy, culture and family entertainment.

All ages are welcome. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult over 21, and adult tickets are required from age 16.

The Venue and Site

The view south across London is part of the site. Kaleidoscope uses Alexandra Palace Park, London, with the entrance on the east side next to East Court and one entrance only.

The site includes an Indoor Food Village with covered seating, shade, food traders and drinks. Free water points, phone charging points, accessible toilets, baby-change facilities and a Changing Places facility are listed.

Access provision includes an accessible viewing platform at the Hilltop Stage and a free accessible buggy service from Alexandra Palace station. There is no camping, and chairs plus other camping equipment are not allowed on site.

Alexandra Palace Park sits in north London, with the festival entrance on the east side next to East Court.

• Alexandra Palace railway station: about a 10-minute walk from the festival entrance.
• Wood Green Underground station: about a 15-minute walk from the festival site.
• Road access: Alexandra Palace Way, Station Road, Buckingham Road and Bedford Road are named access routes.
• Parking: no public parking is available. Official guidance directs drivers to Wood Green town-centre parking and asks them to avoid surrounding residential streets.
• Accessible parking: limited Blue Badge parking is available only for pre-booked accessibility ticket holders.
