About Coalesce Festival

Three Pools, Newport, is the rural farm setting for Coalesce Festival 2027, an 18+ electronic music festival focused on drum and bass, dubstep and techno.

The scale is tight. Coalesce has been described as a 500-capacity event, with 2027 billed as the festival's fifth edition after a debut announced in February 2023.

The first festival ran 19–22 May 2023 at Three Pools Farm; later editions returned in 2024 and 2025, with the 2024 event described as three intimate venues and one daytime stage.

Lineup and Programme

The bill leans toward UK club and sound-system culture, taking in drum and bass, dubstep, electronic, techno and UK garage.

Dutchie stage is listed. Programme elements include DJ sets and live performances, alongside workshops, educational sessions and networking sessions.

The 2025 edition was described as a programme with over 90 selectors and live performances.

Who Is It For?

Coalesce is for an adult 18+ crowd drawn to bass music, DJs, producers and an intimate boutique-festival setting.

It is strictly adult. The event uses a Challenge 25 policy, so family suitability is limited to adults only.

The Venue and Site

Three Pools is a farm and event space with pasture, orchards, woodlands and a vineyard. Coalesce uses its barns, campsite and outdoor festival areas.

Camping sits on site. General campsite access is included in the ticket price, with bell-tent camping, private cabins and two live-in-vehicle areas also listed.

Facilities include fresh water points, showers, toilets, a campsite cafe/general store, food and beverage vendors, bars, an allocated welfare area and on-site medical professionals. Live-in-vehicle passes do not include power hook-up.

Three Pools sits near Newport, with rail access via Abergavenny and road access from the B4521 toward Llanvetherine.

• Nearest station: Abergavenny, about 10–15 minutes by taxi from the site.
• Road access: B4521 toward Llanvetherine and Old Ross Road.
• Parking: parking is not included in the festival ticket; car park passes are sold separately for £10.
• Car park location: the car park is a short walk from both campsites.
• Drive times: Cardiff is about 50 minutes by car, Bristol about 1 hour, Birmingham about 1 hour 45 minutes, London about 3 hours and Manchester about 3 hours 30 minutes.
