Beltane Fire Festival
The Beltane Fire Festival has been organised by The Wild Heart Gathering for 29th April until 2nd May. It is taking place at Ash Down Forest in East Sussex and brings together a wild community spirit where nature is the prevailing force and dance and music are offered alongside enjoyment of the natural world.
The event line-up includes Wil Varley, Seckou Keita and Rudy Warman, with many more to be announced and the celebration is a coming together to welcome the beginning of Spring, following the paths of the ancients and their Beltane Festival.
As well as music and dance there will be workshops for people of all ages, yoga sessions, bushcraft skills sessions and plenty of opportunities to get involved with herbal walks, martial arts, singing dancing and storytelling.
