The Milk are a soul and rock band from Essex, England. They begin as four lifelong friends who move from their first band at an Essex school to playing working men’s clubs, before becoming The Milk. The group is from Wickford and is based in Essex.

The band’s second album is produced by Paul Butler, who works with acts including The Bees and Michael Kiwanuka. That album is released in 2015. The group is also identified as a soul/rock act from Essex.
