The Lilacs

The Lilacs are a four-piece indie/pop band from Wigan in the North West of England. The group is active from 2018 and its members are Ollie Anglesea, Sam Birchall, David Gomersall and Matt Johnson.

The band builds a reputation in the local and regional live circuit before moving on to larger headline shows, including Manchester’s O2 Ritz. It also appears at major festivals, including the Isle of Wight Festival’s Big Top stage.

The Lilacs accumulate more than 10 million streams on Spotify and receive regular radio support from national and local stations, including Radio X, XS Manchester and BBC Radio 1.
