By The Rivers
By The Rivers are a group from Leicester, United Kingdom, and active from 2010 onwards. Their sound spans pop, reggae, ska and soul, with an original reggae focus.
Career
The band forms in Leicester and quickly builds a live profile, supporting Fun Lovin’ Criminals, The Beat, Neville Staple of The Specials, Dawn Kinnard and Toploader. They also appear at the 2010 Summer Sundae Festival.
They later support the Buzzcocks, Maxi Priest, Dawn Penn, Musical Youth and Saxon Sound. The group release two EPs and make them available through Bandcamp.
