They say there's a festival for everything and the West Dean Chilli Fiesta proves that. The festival is one of the UK's largest and most popular chilli events which began life in 1996 with an exciting line up of entertainment, fireworks and of course chilis.

The festival is completely family friendly and held against the backdrop of West Dean College in the surrounds of West Dean Gardens. The Daily Telegraph said about it "For a fraction of the cost of Glastonbury or Glyndebourne, spice-loving punters can stay for three days of capsicum carnage".
