About The Long Road

Stanford Hall, Leicestershire, is the setting for The Long Road 2027, a country, Americana and roots music weekender running 26-29 August.

The festival dates back to 2018. Its official Previous Posters page labels that edition as its first year, and The Lucky Dice car and bike show community was built in the same year.

Who Is It For?

Families are part of the brief. The festival lists dedicated family activities and kids-area programming.

Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The festival strongly advises 16- and 17-year-olds to attend only with permission from a parent or legal guardian, and bars use Challenge 25.

The site includes multiple immersive areas beyond the main music programme, with The Lucky Dice for classic cars and bikes and Smoke & Fire for BBQ-led food.

Camping options cover general, premium, live-in vehicle, Pitch & Park and glamping/pre-pitched setups, plus a dedicated accessible campsite. Facilities listed include toilets, showers, accessible toilets and showers, accessible viewing areas/platforms, water points in campsites and the arena, and a medical/welfare point with wheelchair charging and refrigeration for medical items.

Food traders, bars and an on-site restaurant operate on site.

Travel to The Long Road

Stanford Hall is on Stanford Rd near Lutterworth in Leicestershire.

• Rail: Rugby Station is the nearest listed station, with a shuttle bus from Rugby Station.
• Road: Road access is listed via the M1, M6 and Stanford Rd.
• Parking: On-site parking is available for most regular vehicle types. Car park passes can be pre-booked; vehicles cannot park by tents except in Pitch & Park, and overnight stays in the car park are not permitted.
