About The Long Road
Stanford Hall, Leicestershire, is the setting for The Long Road 2027, a country, Americana and roots music weekender running 26-29 August.
The festival dates back to 2018. Its official Previous Posters page labels that edition as its first year, and The Lucky Dice car and bike show community was built in the same year.
Lineup and Programme
The bill leans into country, Americana and roots across multiple named stages.
- The Rhinestone
- The Interstate
- The Front Porch
- Buddy's Good Time Bar
- The Hitching Post
- The Showground
- Smoke & Fire – BBQ Stage
Away from stage sets, the programme runs to line dancing and open-floor dancing, Countryoke sessions, late-night stage takeovers, open mics, jam sessions, BBQ demos, food competitions and The Lucky Dice car and bike show activities.
Who Is It For?
Families are part of the brief. The festival lists dedicated family activities and kids-area programming.
Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The festival strongly advises 16- and 17-year-olds to attend only with permission from a parent or legal guardian, and bars use Challenge 25.
The Venue and Site
Stanford Hall is listed by the festival at Stanford Rd, Lutterworth LE17 6DH, Leicestershire.
The site includes multiple immersive areas beyond the main music programme, with The Lucky Dice for classic cars and bikes and Smoke & Fire for BBQ-led food.

Facilities listed include toilets, showers, accessible toilets and showers, accessible viewing areas/platforms, water points in campsites and the arena, and a medical/welfare point with wheelchair charging and refrigeration for medical items.
