About Summer Fest at the Beach

On 12–13 June, Summer Fest at the Beach 2027 sets up on Weston-super-Mare Beach in Somerset as a seaside music weekender built around pop, rock and dance. Gates open at 11:00am, with live music from 12:00pm and last entry at 5:00pm. Music finishes at 10:30pm each day.

It started in 2026. The inaugural edition in Weston-super-Mare reportedly drew about 35,000 visitors over the weekend.

Who Is It For?

The audience is broad and family-friendly, covering adult guests, children and infants. Under-4s are admitted free and do not need a ticket; every child under 18 must attend with an adult.

Family toilet provisions and a welfare area are listed for the site. VIP ticketing includes the Thatchers VIP Tent, VIP Bar, VIP Toilets and Gold Circle access.

The Venue and Site

The beach is the defining physical feature. The festival site is centred on the seafront around Weston-super-Mare Beach, in the BS23 1BE area.

It is a day-event setup, not a campsite. Accessible toilets and a limited-capacity viewing platform are in place for mobility-impaired guests. Food and drink outlets, merchandise stalls and VIP facilities are listed for the site.

Travel

The site sits on Weston-super-Mare seafront, with rail, road and pre-booked parking options listed for the festival area.

• Rail: Weston-super-Mare station is about 0.61 miles from the Marine Parade and beach area. Weston Milton station is about 1.83 miles away.
• Road: Road access uses M5 Junction 21, the A370, Marine Parade, Beach Road and Station Road.
• Parking: Limited pre-booked on-site parking is listed, alongside premium beach parking booked in advance. Beach parking is for cars only, with no overnight parking and exit by midnight.
• Local car parks: Grove Park Car Park, Carlton Street Multi-Storey, Walliscote Place Car Park, Locking Road Long Stay Car Park, Weston-super-Mare High Street NCP and Worle Parkway / Diamond Batch Car Park are named by the organiser.
• City links: Bristol is about 25 minutes by train from Weston-super-Mare. Direct Great Western Railway services run from Cardiff Central, Bath and Taunton to Weston-super-Mare.
