Punks Against Cancer was first launched in 2011 and celebrates punk music and fundraising for the Macmillan Cancer Support charity. The festival donates all profits to the charity and is a celebration of classic and modern punk.

In 2015 the festival runs from 10th until 12th July and acts confirmed include Peter and the Test Tube Babies, Healthy Junkies, Septic Psychos, Apocalypse Babys, GBH, Booze and Glory, Drongos for Europe, Wonk Unit, The Barstool Preachers, The Pukes, Spunk Volcano and The Eruptions, Cretin 77, Criminal Mind, Angelic Upstarts, UK Subs, Crashed Out, Rotunda, Dogtown Rebels, Vomit, Angry Itch, 16 Guns with more confirmed and to be announced.
