Marvellous began life at Wellington Country Park in 2004 and expanded quickly to incorporate other venues and grow in size. By 2007 it was back to just being held at Wellington but the line-ups are just as great as ever.
In addition to the live music Marvellous has a family friendly feel with a funfair, picnic areas, bouncy castle and face painting, as well as many catering stalls and a gourmet marquee restaurant. The finale has plenty to offer too with a huge party and a firework display. The festival draws in a wide range of well-known cover artists and bands as well as original artists.
Returning again to the festival in 2018 are T-Rextasy and Legend, T-Rex and Bob Marley cover artists respectively.
