Home Farm Fest

Originating in 2006, Home Farm Fest, set in the grounds of Somerset-based Home Farm in Chilthorne Domer, is the biggest annual fundraiser for the UK charity the Piers Simon Appeal, raising money for its main initiative School in a Bag. The 13 festivals have raised over £405,000 thanks to the generosity of the amazing bands/artists/performers who play for FREE and all the volunteers who help run the festival, to support our cause.

There are lots of fun things to do in amongst the music, including a big children's area, fun fair, climbing wall, kids' cinema, silent discos, kids' discos, a market area and even axe throwing! It's based over two fields so nothing is too far away, including your tent or caravan after a few Somerset ciders... We keep the ticket price down so it's affordable as we want as many people as possible to come and enjoy the weekend, as well as raising valuable funds for our charity.

We've also made our Friday night a little different, and we encourage that you come along in your ‘Posh Wears & Wellies’ to dance the night away and start the weekend off in fine style! It’s great fun so join us if you fancy but it’s by no means compulsory – just don’t be surprised it you see people in their wellies and fineries!

Although we'd love you to come along for the three days, we have day tickets too...so there's no excuse :)

Camping and caravans/camper vans areas on-site, local B&Bs and hotels available. There is also access on and off site so if you're local and don't fancy a sleeping bag, then you're welcome to kip at home!

We have a delicious variety of world foods as well as several bars selling local cider and ale - plus all the usual drinks you may be partial to too!

We're primarily a grass site, but it's generally pretty flat and we have a disabled camping area, toilets and allow guide dogs. Home Farm Fest is 100% a charity event. It's run by a small team who also run School in a Bag, and the help of an incredible group of volunteers. We aren't a big, showy festival but one that aims to bring fantastic music to the forefront, lots of fun and a great weekend to spend with family and friends in a field in Somerset...
