Back for another year at Bristol’s harbourside, Grillstock (Bristol) 2015 brings fantastic live music and out of this world American BBQ style food. Featuring its legendary Chilli-Eating Competition and truly vibrant and raucous atmosphere.

25 acts will perform across two stages and the line-up already includes De La Soul supported by Goldie Lookin Chain and The Heavy as well as DJ Yoda also on the bill. The food competitions are as popular as the music with the chance to watch and enjoy a wide range of activities from hotdog eating comps to rib-eating and buffalo wing challenges. There is also a fun and informative BBQ academy to enjoy.
