At Harewood House in Leeds, Goodlife Festival 2027 puts house, disco, funk and soul into an open-air music festival format. Its debut edition ran at the same site on Sat 28 Jun 2025 and was later described as sold out.

The first year drew around 4,500 to over 5,000 festival-goers, according to reports from Visit Leeds and Harewood. For the 2026 expansion, capacity was reported at up to 12,000.

Lineup and Programme

The bill leans toward house and disco, with funk and soul in the brief. Goodlife’s three named music areas are the Main Stage, Downtown Disco Stage and The Goodlife Tavern.

Live music and DJ sets sit alongside street-food-style festival trading, bars and VIP area options. The Goodlife Tavern was reported as the new third stage for the 2026 expansion.

Who Is It For?

This is an adult dance-music event. Entry is strictly 18+ only, with Challenge 25 in operation.

The audience profile is boutique rather than family-facing, and the music brief centres on house, disco, funk and soul. Food and drink are sold on site.

The Venue and Site

Harewood House supplies the setting, with the festival taking place outdoors in the estate grounds. Access is via the Main Arch entrance off the A61 in Harewood village.

Facilities include food and drink to purchase, free drinking water and fully stocked bars. The site also has a VIP area, a designated smoking area, blue-badge parking and bag checks on entry.

Harewood House sits between Leeds and Harrogate, about 7 miles from each city. The festival uses the Main Arch entrance off the A61 in Harewood village.

• Road access: A61, the A61/A659 junction, with the M1 about 8 miles away and the A1 about 5 miles away.
• Parking: all-day event parking is available on site, with no parking in Harewood Village.
• Accessible parking: blue-badge parking is provided in the event car park.
• After the event: vehicles must be removed and cannot be left overnight.
