DesertFest London 2027 runs in Camden, London, with Electric Ballroom as a key venue for a stoner rock and underground heavy music festival.
The first edition took place in 2012, with Truckfighters later referenced by the festival as part of that inaugural year. By 2026, official copy described Desertfest London as its 14th year and 14th edition.

The bill leans into stoner rock and doom, with psychedelic rock, sludge and underground heavy music in the frame. Electric Ballroom and Roundhouse sit on the venue map. The Underworld and Black Heart have carried the HDP Stage, with The Dev and Dingwalls also listed by the festival.
The programme is built around back-to-back live sets across Camden venues. Wristband and merch runs centre on Greenland Place, with Desertfest Alley used between shows.

This is an adult heavy music festival. The audience is built around fans of stoner, doom, psych and heavy rock, and the 2027 listing is marked strict over 18s.
The Venue and Site
Electric Ballroom, at 184 Camden High Street, is listed by the festival at 1,500 capacity and places Friday night headliners there. The wider site works as a venue-to-venue Camden crawl rather than a single-field arena.
Greenland Place carries the wristband exchange opposite The Black Heart. Desertfest Alley includes official Desertfest and Desertscene merchandise, outdoor seating and bars, independent vendors, The Electric Paintbrush tattoo stall and festival beer collabs.
Re-entry is allowed during the day until 15 minutes after headliners take the stage. Capacity handling is one-in-one-out at individual venues.
