Country On The Coast 2027 runs 17–18 April 2027 at The Gaiety on South Parade Pier in Southsea, a country and Americana music event by the sea. It stays indoors. The earliest official artist archive goes back to 2019, and the venue lists a capacity of 600 standing or 350 seated.

Lineup and Programme

The bill leans towards independent country artists, mostly UK-based, with some international acts. Live sets run on the Main Stage and Acoustic Stage.

Line-dancing workshops, artist meet-and-greets and merch browsing sit around the sets. Country-style traders and food and drink operate inside the venue.

The audience is country-music fans after an intimate seaside festival rather than an outdoor field site. The stated atmosphere is family-friendly and relaxed.

South Parade Pier puts the festival over the seafront rather than in a park. The venue is The Gaiety, South Parade Pier, Southsea, Portsmouth, PO4 0SW, with entry via the covered walkway in the middle of the pier.

The site is indoor, with no outside element. Facilities include a full bar, kitchen and food service, an artist merch table and country-style traders. Readmittance is allowed until 9pm on Saturday and anytime on Sunday.

• Parking: there is no on-site car park. Nearby on-street seafront parking and residential street parking are available at the driver’s own risk, with pay-and-display parking nearby at Canoe Lake, the Pyramids and along the seafront.
