About Boomtown Fair

Boomtown Fair 2027 runs 11–15 August 2027 at Matterley Estate near Winchester, Hampshire, as an over-18s music festival. The official site says Boomtown 2027 is on sale.

2009 marked the first Boomtown Fair in Coleford, Gloucestershire, and the festival settled at Matterley Estate in 2011. The planned capacity is 75,999 attendees, plus an extra 1,000 on Sunday.

2026 is listed as Chapter Five: Radical Redesign, following 2025’s Chapter Four: Power of Now. The South Downs National Park Authority resolved a five-year permission through 2030 with no change to the site boundary, attendee numbers, or operating hours.
