Winson is a German musician from Frankfurt am Main, born in 1975, who lives and works in Berlin. His music blends indie, alternative and pop-punk with electronic influences, and he is associated with the Berlin and German music scenes.

Recording career

Winson is best known for his first single, “Wovon lebt eigentlich Peter” (“What is Peter doing for a living”), which appears in 2004. He releases two full albums, So sah das Leben aus and Frag die richtigen Leute, and his work builds a dedicated following, particularly in Berlin.

Other work

Alongside recording, Winson works as a radio host for Berlin station MotorFM. He also appears as a DJ at the Lido club in Berlin.
