Tweak Bird

Tweak Bird is a stoner rock band from Los Angeles, United States. It is a brother duo made up of Caleb Bird and Ashton Bird.

The band works in heavy experimental, progressive and psych-infused rock, with stoner rock and psychedelic rock also associated with its sound. Its debut release is a seven-song introduction to the group’s style.

Production on the debut is handled by Deaf Nephews, the name used by Melvins member Dale Crover and Altamont’s Toshi Kasai.

Tweak Bird plays with acts including The Melvins, Ancestors and Earthless. It also appears at ATP’s The Nightmare Before X-Mas 2008, an event curated by The Melvins and Mike Patton, after being chosen by The Melvins.

The group also tours as an opener for Tool on a run through Canada and the United States.
